Kibler’s does not offer any returns or exchanges on items. All sales are final.
All products are shipped with insurance in case of loss or damage. If either occurs the customer would need to report to their local courier with the shipping info, package, and photos if necessary to file a claim and receive reimbursement. Otherwise, if customer desires for Kibler’s to file the claim, items would need to be returned at the cost of consumer before seller can file claim.
If multiple items are ordered, they will all be shipped together. In stock items will be held until pre-orders come in.
